By signing in to NepFolio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
NepFolio is a personal portfolio tracking tool for the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). It allows you to import holdings and transaction data, view live price updates, and track your investment goals. The service is provided free of charge for personal use.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid Google account to use NepFolio. By signing in, you represent that you are the owner of the Google account used.
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of the portfolio data you import. NepFolio stores it solely to provide the service to you. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
5. No Financial Advice
NepFolio displays portfolio data for informational purposes only. Nothing in the application constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Do not make investment decisions based solely on information shown in NepFolio.
6. Accuracy of Data
Price data and calculations are provided on a best-effort basis and may not be accurate or up to date. NepFolio makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, or use the application in any way that violates applicable law.
8. Service Availability
NepFolio is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or continued operation. The service may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NepFolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of NepFolio after changes constitutes acceptance.
